Our insurance coordinators deals with many different insurance companies. We will be happy to file a dental, medical claim, where applicable, with your insurer on your behalf. We understand the value of insurance benefits that you receive from your employer (who has negotiated and purchased a certain level of benefits for you).
As long as you provide us with insurance benefit information in advance, we will provide you with an insurance estimate of your benefits for any needed treatment. Also, be aware that some companies will not give us fee estimates until treatment is completed.
As you are probably aware, insurance companies change benefits, co-pays and deductibles faster than we (or you) can keep up with. We currently work with many insurance plans and do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us at the time.
Although we will gladly file your claim on your behalf, you may wish to submit the claim yourself. In general, insurers process claims filed directly by patients faster than those filed by the service providers (dental offices).
Further, most dental insurance policies are limited and often only pay for a portion of the procedures that may need to be done.
