Dr. Cook is the director of the Intracoastal Dental Study Club which offers seminars for dental continuing education. Dr. Cook is also the Co-Chair of the Department of Implant Dentistry at the Broward College. He is also on staff at the Broward Health Imperial Point Hospital.
